Description Emotional Intelligence is a relatively new science, and one that is still in the stages of early recognition – and like any of the human sciences, the more evidence there is of how effective it is, across nationalities and ages and beliefs, the more recognized the science becomes and the more valid its tools, leading to more people studying it and using it in their lives. This book was therefore written with the intention of increasing awareness of Emotional Intelligence and how it can enhance people’s effectiveness in all aspects of their lives through all of their tasks and roles.
