The Kool Wrap XT-5000 pipe shield range are ideal for ultra high temperature applications with temperatures up to 1,000°C. They can be clamped directly onto pipes toward the rear of an exhaust, typically after catalytic converters. They are made to suit pipes from 2″ to 3″ in diameter and come in a 300mm and 600mm length. This part number is 30cm long. Fitting the shields requires the use of hose band clamps.These sheets can reduce heat by up to 90%.
